LaunchMind connects employers with graduates through a quick, accurate and cost effective process. We make it easy for employers to reach out and directly advertise their vacancies to potential candidates that exactly match their recruitment criteria.

The Problem:

Our platform was developed up to tackle three key problems within graduate recruitment:

• The difficulty in finding and targeting graduates with the right skills and experience.
• The flood of unsuitable applications received through traditional job adverts.
• The possibility of missing out on the best graduates due to ineffective advertising and communication.

The Solution:

LaunchMind's platform addresses these issues by making it simple to find suitable graduates. For example, in just three clicks an employer can find a selection of graduates that all have a 1st class Economics degree, an interest in management consulting, and industry experience through a summer internship.

The CVs of these matched graduates can be viewed for free, and if they sound like a good match, they can be contacted from as little as £8 each. To make things even better, employers are only charged if the graduates take action to indicate interest.

Our Mission:

We are committed to creating an alternative route for graduates to gain employment whilst saving employers time and money. Our goals are to:
